Shipments and returns

After your order is approved, your order is delivered to the cargo company after the preparation of your product and invoicing. After your order is delivered to the cargo company, the delivery time of your products may vary depending on the delivery address and the delivery speed of the cargo company.

No refunds can be made for products that are cut and sold (length profiles and plates) and custom-made (all types of modules). Be sure of your dimensions and needs before finalizing your order. The products you want to return must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Our company does not accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
